BOISE, Idaho—September 20, 2022— Pioneer Title Company today announced their expansion into Latah County in Northern Idhao. Home to the University of Idaho in Moscow, the addition of Latah County coincides with Pioneer Title’s recent expansion into Eastern Oregon earlier this year. “Latah County is a major acquisition for us as it is part of our existing regional operations…Whitman County [Washigton] to the west and Kootenai and Bonner counties to the north” says President & CEO Tim Bundgard. “We are excited to expand our footprint in the Palouse; our new location in Vandal Country is a major win for us and our customers.”
Kathryn ‘Kitty’ Goodwin, Vice President and County Manager of Whitman County, WA will oversee staffing and operations in Moscow. “My team and I couldn’t be more excited about going into Moscow. For years, our customers that do business in both states have asked when we’d be able to offer services in both counties,” she said. “Finally being able to offer yet another option for them is a big deal – we can’t wait to get started!”
