The goal of PTC is to be a company that thrives on the principles of family, respect, and openness. We will strive to create a positive work environment where all employees are given the forum to create new ideas that are beneficial to all of our coworkers and customers. Our “Going Beyond” philosophy empowers all employees to create a sense of ownership to ideas that will continue to make us the company of choice in our market. This branding will continue to foster our belief that there are no boundaries when creating unique ideas, founded by employees, that will not only enhance our overall performance in market share and profitability, but will also improve the moral fabric of our company, our customers, and the general public.
Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental principle at PTC, where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without discrimination because of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. This is reflected in all PTC practices and policies regarding hiring, training, promotions, transfers, salaries and other forms of compensation. All matters relating to employment are based upon ability to perform the essential functions of the job, as well as dependability and reliability once hired. Anyone found to be engaging in any type of unlawful discrimination will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. The HR department has overall responsibility for this policy and maintains reporting and monitoring procedures.
