Today, we are proud to announce our merger with and acquisition of Pioneer Title & Escrow Company of Oregon. The merger expands our footprint into Oregon state for the first time adding Umatilla County to our existing coverage areas.

“Over the last 60 years, Pioneer in Umatilla County have established themselves as a leading title company in the area while garnering the respect and trust from their local community” said Pioneer Title Co. President & CEO Tim Bundgard. “Like us, they are the oldest locally-owned and operated title and escrow company in their market so it was a natural fit to bring Rodney [Parker] and his outstanding team on board.”

Rodney Parker, President of Pioneer Title & Escrow says the acquisition sets the stage for overall operational improvements that directly benefit employees and customers of Umatilla County. “By teaming together with Pioneer of Idaho, I’m confident that our customers will greatly benefit especially from the technology-forward infrastructure the Pioneer team brings to the table.”

The merger is to be completed on March 14, 2022 with both Parker and Bundgard adding that there should be no interruption to ongoing transactions for customers considering the existing team will still be in place.
