Equal Employment Statement
Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental principle at PTC, where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without discrimination because of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. This is reflected in all PTC practices and policies regarding hiring, training, promotions, transfers, salaries and other forms of compensation. All matters relating to employment are based upon ability to perform the essential functions of the job, as well as dependability and reliability once hired. Anyone found to be engaging in any type of unlawful discrimination will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. The HR department has overall responsibility for this policy and maintains reporting and monitoring procedures.
