Construction & Development Disbursement

Construction Inspection

  • Residential construction progress report

  • Digital photographs

Deed Disbursement

  • Must be within a plated subdivision

  • An Owner’s Policy is not required (base commitment is provided)

  • Instructions and Warranty Deeds are pre-signed and held in safekeeping in the base file (Developer only has to sign once)

  • Closing statements e-mailed for your review and approval

  • Proceeds can be deposited directly into your account or delivered to your office, partial releases sent directly to your lender
