Who We Are

Founded in 1949, Pioneer Title Company is an employee-based company centered around a ‘Going Beyond’ culture which fosters the principles of family, respect, and openness. Pioneer offers title and escrow products, long-term escrows, contract purchasing, foreclosure services, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges throughout Idaho and Eastern Washington.

Escrow Services

You may have heard someone refer to the “closing of escrow.” That’s when your purchase is completed. Your escrow officer is like  traffic control at an airport – they oversee the final paperwork and handle the exchange of funds and recording of deeds. Our team of Escrow Officers will ensure that all the money is properly disbursed, that the documents are signed and recorded, and that all necessary conditions are met before closing the escrow.

Title Insurance

An owner’s title insurance policy from Pioneer Title protects your property rights against common real-life title problems that could impact your investment. Title Insurance provides the simplest and best way for you to be comfortable with your ownership of the land and/or home you are buying and knowledgeable about the easements, restrictions and monetary obligations, attached to the land.

Closing the Deal

Purchasing a home is a great investment. The closing, or settlement as it’s called in some states, is one of the most important parts of the process. Once you’ve decided to move forward with the purchase of your home and have funding in place, tell your agent you’d like to work with Pioneer Title. One of our seasoned Escrow Officers will gather all the legal documents, close the loan, and handle the money involved in your purchase.
