The Pioneer Title Company logo is the official identifying mark for our company. The protection of visual identity is probably one of the most important issues when it comes to developing concepts in which corporate identity (CI) is used.
Both in web design and in print – corporate identity give us precise guidelines on how logotypes, colors and typography should be used. Basically for one simple reason: to promote the visual identity in the most convenient, consistent and efficient way and make sure no mistakes are done. E.g. the logotype remains readable and the whitespace around the logo gives it the space it needs to breathe and be effective – throughout various projects and uses.
Maintaining the integrity of the Pioneer Title Co. corporate identity through consistent and proper use is essential in building brand awareness. The Pioneer Title Company logo consists of two elements – the PTC symbol and the Pioneer Title Co. wordmark. The symbol can be used alone, but the wordmark should not.
To preserve our logo’s integrity, keep at least a PTC badge worth of space between the Logotype and other elements.
This logo is to be used for all printed collateral including all printed publications, advertising, billboards, posters, flyers and product marketing.
This logo is to be used for all screen work, including websites, ad banners, and presentations in the digital medium.

Always leave the logo some space to breathe. Use white or neutral backgrounds.
If it’s unavoidable to place the logo on our standard color or photograph, use the negative logo.
Don’t place the logo on funky colors - ever. Stick with approved colors.
Don’t use the negative logo on backgrounds that are too light or cluttered.
Don’t tilt or rotate our logo.
Don’t add drop shadows, embossing or other visual effects to our logo.
If resizing our logo, mind the proportions and take extra care no to squish or elongate it.
Our logo uses our carefully-curated variations of blue. Avoid using anything other than approved colors.

The Pioneer Family of companies allows us to offer different services to different segments within the real estate industry. Each company’s brand has be realigned for overall consistency while clearly identifying membership within the Pioneer family. The accepted brand style guidelines and principles for Pioneer Title Co. also apply to ancillary brands.
