It’s hard to believe 2010 is more than halfway over and while many of us indulge in BBQs and pool parties, some might be wondering, “How many more shopping days ’till Christmas?” But with the summer in full swing (albeit unseasonably cool), there have been lots of changes here at Pioneer Title Co. June brought the new PTC Index (as featured in the Idaho Business Review and The Idaho Statesman), a whole new website and an office relocation. Here’s the lowdown…

1. The PTC Index…

The PTC Index utilizes a proprietary algorithm that weights nine key real estate variables. These variables, though widely available, have not been easily collected in a single location. The PTC Index changes that. Our hope is that real estate agents, developers, and others will find it a useful tool to add to their decision-making process. 2. Website Redesign/Realign…

PioneerTitleCo.com has come a long way in the last five years. Our market-first offerings like iProfile helped expand our content quite rapidly. With this in mind, we worked on streamlining our layouts to keep things clean and simple to access. Our new netsheet calculator (coming August 2010) will be more robust and easier to use on the fly. We always welcome comments on suggestions on we can be better on the web, so please send those our way.

3. New digs…

In a recent email, we announced a new office location. Our downtown Boise office, formerly located on Americana Boulevard, has moved to 1414 W. Bannock Street. This will be the new home of our Pioneer Commercial Services division and Pioneer 1031 Company as well. Same phone numbers and same great service right in the heart of Downtown Boise!
